The pre-amplifier KE83-92A
seen in this page was my first attempt in designing a tube pre-amplifier (it
was actually my father's 50-years present). It is a well sounding
TV-interface for optional (MM) turntable SCART usage. It uses a pair of
Qualitronics ECC83's for cascode amplification along with a pair of
Telefunken ECC81's as cathode followers. The chassis is handmade of solid
Teak. |
