Logistics package (LPA)
This service is aimed at companies with extensive goods flows
and special requirements for rational parcel management. Each item is picked
individually and itemised by the consignee and with the date on the invoice. You
transfer the information to Schenker via EDI, they make one or more collections from
your premises on the same day and we then put together the parcel for the
consignee. All you need to do is to fill in the transport document. They take care
of the rest.
Below are the specific terms and conditions that apply to
Logistics package. Otherwise, the same terms and conditions apply as for
SCHENKERparcel domestic.
Weight
The maximum weight is 30 kg/item.
Dimensions per item
Maximum length 2 m. Maximum volume 0.250 m3. For larger items,
please contact a Schenker office.
Items over 25 kg
Any individual item weighing over 25 kg should be marked
with a special label according to the recommendation of the Swedish Work
Environment Authority.
Number of items
There is no limit on the number of items.
Input data
All information transfer must be via EDI. A transport
agreement with agreement prerequisites must be signed.
Transport documents
An STE transport label with specified details as described in
Schenker´s Instructions for goods labelling and information transfer (AGI), under the
LPA (Logistics package) supplement. AGI will be provided by your Schenker
representative.

Large deliveries

Delivery to private persons
For this service, please refer to the

Collect
option for SCHENKERparcel.
Freight calculation
The price is calculated and jointly assessed for tax per
consignee and delivery day. The price is based on the weight or volume (280
kg/m3) and the number of items.
Freight payment
The freight is paid by the consignor or by another
freight-payer.
Uncollected parcels
Uncollected parcels are returned to the consignor 15 days
after arrival at the receiving terminal.
